About the flash menus:

The menus are configurable with a text editor, it has an external file "menu.xml", you can edit this file and change values for URL to open, target frame or parameters for other actions. Menus can open URL's or can also be used to trigger javascripts in site, it can also call custom actions inside a flash file and more.
